Time to get the Bod Back!!!

So unemployed or not this is not the time to get fat and lazy!  Hit the gym Monday at 5:30am on a guest pass and found fitness TV OnDemand.  I've also checked back into FitDay (supper convenient nutrition and weight loss journal), and started upping the ante on nutrition.

I'm not quiet back at square one, but not really ready to be without a gym to hang out at either. Running is out right now with the weather and my asthma so it's currently high intensity intervals and good food.

Healthy Recipe of the Week

Black Bean Chili

1/2 LB Ground Beef
1 Onion Diced
3 Cloves Garlic
4C Black Beans Cooked (if you used canned it's likely this recipe will no longer be healthy)
2 6oz cans Tomato Puree
1TB Chili Powder (my preference is Cayan Pepper)
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2tsp Black Pepper

Pre-heat deep skillet over medium high.  Brown Beef (drain) Add Onion and Garlic saute until soft (5min).  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 10min,  Nutrition Info using SparkPeople Recipe Calculator.
